Mission

My New York City law practice is based in Queens and serves families in all the communities of the borough, including Flushing, Jamaica, Bayside, Bellerose, Forest Hills, Fresh Meadows, Glendale, Glen Oaks, Hollis, Little Neck and Queens Village. It also serves Long Island families in nearby Nassau County and Suffolk County

Elder law services include powers of attorney, health care proxies, Medicaid planning, asset protection trusts, guardianship petitions, and counseling on subjects such as long-term care insurance and nursing home placement.

Estate planning services include wills, tax planning to minimize the impact of estate taxes, and all types of living trusts - revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, insurance trusts and supplemental needs trusts.

Probate and estate administration services cover the full range of actions in Surrogate's Court - including probate petitions when there is a will and administration petitions when someone has died intestate - together with estate tax preparation for large estates.

In every case, the emphasis is on one-to-one consultation to assure that options available to the elderly are explained clearly to all family members and that plans are customized to the particular needs of each individual.
